Justin Skala is responsible for the Hill's business in the U.S. and Canada. Most recently, Skala was President, Hill's International. Under his leadership, the business reached record levels of sales and profits and became a strong, centrally driven organization focused on Hill's significant businesses in Europe and Japan, as well as the exciting developing markets in Russia, Asia, and Latin America. Justin was also instrumental in developing a highly talented organization all around the world.
Skala joined Colgate in 1982 in New York as one of the first Global Marketing trainees. Over the last 20 years, he has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility in Sales and Marketing for Colgate. He then joined Hill's as International Marketing Director and in 1995 was promoted to General Manager, Hill's UK/Ireland. In 1997, he became Vice President, Sales for Hill's Europe, and in 2000 he was promoted to Vice President & General Manager of Hill's Europe.
Skala received his BA degree from Northwestern University and the Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Paris and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
